ABOUT ME
I started coaching collegiately at the age of 24 with hopes of guiding student-athletes on a journey of growth. Over the last 20 seasons, I have seen an increase in pressure and expectations which has resulted in burnout and a joyless experience. I believe that pressure in sports is a privilege but I do not think that young student-athletes are equipped with the tools to thrive in the current environment. With my playing and coaching experience along with my passion for the mental aspects of sports, I have the goal of providing youth athletes opportunities to grow their self-awareness (confidence), emotional intelligence, and communication skills that will result in a fulfilling journey toward peak performance.
